⚽ Fortuna High Girls Soccer Battles Del Norte to a Scoreless Tie

September 29, 2026 • Fortuna High School

The Fortuna High Girls Soccer team faced Del Norte on Tuesday, September 29, in a hard-fought defensive matchup that ended in a 0–0 tie.

Neither team was able to find the back of the net as the Fortuna Huskies and Del Norte battled throughout the match. Strong defensive play on both sides kept scoring opportunities limited and made every possession count.

The draw moved Fortuna High to 7–2–2 on the season, continuing a strong 2026 campaign for the Huskies. Del Norte moved to 6–5–3 following the match.

While there may not have been a goal to celebrate, a clean sheet against a tough opponent gave the Fortuna Huskies plenty to be proud of as they continued through the fall season.

💙🤍 Great battle, Huskies! 🐾⚽
