🎺🀘 Fortuna High Band Rocks Husky Field with Ozzy Tribute

The Fortuna High Band brought music, energy, and a little heavy metal to Husky Field during the Fortuna Huskies’ first home football game of the 2026 season.

The band helped kick off the evening by taking the field and performing the National Anthem before the Fortuna High Huskies faced the St. Helena Saints. Throughout the game, band members kept the energy going from the bleachers, playing music and cheering alongside the Fortuna High student section.

At halftime, the band took over Husky Field for a show that traded traditional marching-band fare for some classic heavy metal.

This year’s performance featured a tribute to Ozzy Osbourne, with the Fortuna High Band putting its own spin on two of his most recognizable songs: β€œParanoid” and β€œCrazy Train.” The combination of marching band and heavy metal made for a fitting soundtrack under the Friday night lights.

From entering the field and performing the anthem to rocking halftime and cheering from the stands, the band was a big part of the atmosphere as football returned to Husky Field.
