Original Artwork by Mr. Rios
Each year, Mr. Rios creates custom digital portrait illustrations as a gift for the seniors in his classes. The Class of 2026 collection continues that tradition, celebrating students through personalized artwork designed to capture their personalities, accomplishments, and memories from their time at Fortuna High.
Created digitally on an iPad, each illustration is drawn in Mr. Rios’ signature style and serves as a lasting keepsake for graduating seniors. The portraits have become a favorite tradition over the years, giving students a unique piece of artwork to remember their high school experience.
In addition to receiving the digital illustration, seniors and their families were also offered a free canvas print of the artwork as a graduation gift and keepsake to commemorate their time at Fortuna High.
Creating these portraits is one of Mr. Rios’ favorite end-of-year projects and a way to celebrate the creativity, individuality, and achievements of the students he has worked with throughout their high school journey.
