Weβre excited to share Seeing Things, a psychological thriller short film created by our talented Photo & Design students at Fortuna High.
The story follows Rick, a teenager struggling with reality when he forgets to take his medication. As his mind unravels, Rick begins to see disturbing visions β but are they hallucinations or something more? Set in familiar spaces like a school, Masonic Lodge, and the park, this film blends suspense, surrealism, and a glimpse into mental health awareness.
Students handled every aspect of production:
- Scriptwriting
- Directing
- Acting
- Filming & Editing
- Sound Design
Seeing Things was not just a film project β it was an exercise in storytelling, collaboration, and creative problem-solving, showcasing what students can accomplish with limited resources and a lot of imagination.
